Sight and Insight Art Instruction

Lorwen 'Connie' Nagle and David P. Curtis, both experienced plein air painters, have joined together to create an art program they call Sight and Insight, in conjunction with their podcast, available at sightandinsight.podbean.com. Each month Connie and David present a different theme into their Zoom classroom to help beginning painters, and even the more advanced, compose and complete a painting by building on such techniques as Gestalt Principles, Deep Dive into Color, Imagination, Perspective, the Natural Way of Seeing, Blots, Blots, Blots, and Thinking Outside the Box. Over the course of the last year, Connie and David have helped numerous painters take their work to the next level. Classes are held online via Zoom with five sessions per month comprising two Presentations, homework, and three critiques sessions.
